Yes! We are able to order lab tests at your local LabCorp in every state but Rhode Island. We've partnered with RadiologyAssit to offer affordable diagnostic imaging in your area.

Yes, since our services are preventative and are performed by qualified Complementary & Alternative Healthcare Providers we are able to process HSA & FSA Visa or Mastercards to pay for The Freestyle Lifestyle. 

Cost of speciality laboratory tests, we have partnered with LabCorp to offer affordable speciality testing.  Healthcare services in excess of those specified above. Non-medical services recommended by Freestyle Healers but provided by others, such as acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic. The cost of Herbs, Vitamins, and Supplements. Virtual patients recieve a thorough investigation of medical history and systems review which is comparable to a physical exam. 

Your Freestyle Lifestyle is redeemable in-person or online. In-Depth visits & Follow up visits are interchangeable for Acupuncture or Massage Services in our Downtown Sarasota location.
