Some commercial insurance plans may cover Telehealth visits with Complementary and Alternative Healthcare Providers. At this time, we are able to directly bill commercial insurance for Telehealth services in Florida and Utah. The FIDM+ membership is a direct-care model and is not billed to insurance; however, if you have a PPO or PPO+ plan with out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide all the documentation you need to submit for possible reimbursement.

Yes. Because FIDM+ is a preventative, direct-care model delivered by qualified Complementary & Alternative Healthcare Providers, HSA and FSA cards are typically eligible for use. We are able to process HSA/FSA Visa or Mastercard payments toward the Freestyle Integrative Direct Medicine+ (FIDM+) membership, subject to your plan’s specific guidelines.

Yes. As part of the FIDM+ direct-care model, we can order laboratory testing through local LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics locations nationwide (with the exception of Rhode Island). When clinically appropriate, we can also coordinate affordable diagnostic imaging through our partnership with RadiologyAssist, allowing members to access cash-pay imaging services in their local area without navigating traditional insurance barriers.

Your information is treated as confidential medical data. We do not sell, share, or use patient information for marketing or AI training. Your data is used only for your care, required clinic operations, and legal recordkeeping.

No. All clinical decisions are made by your provider. Internal tools may be used to help organize information and documentation, but they do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional clinical judgment.

Each visit is documented using standard clinical notes and care summaries. When records are shared with other healthcare providers, only clinically necessary documentation is released—not internal tools, templates, or proprietary materials.

Messages and portal communications are typically reviewed within 12hrs. Urgent or emergency symptoms should never be sent through messaging—if you are experiencing severe or concerning symptoms, seek immediate medical care or call 911.

No. Freestyle Healing is not an emergency or crisis service and does not provide 24/7 monitoring. Telehealth visits and messaging are designed for scheduled, non-urgent care and ongoing support.

When appropriate and with your consent, we can coordinate care with your primary care provider or specialists to support continuity and safety.
